1️⃣ Shrimp & Veggie Plate 🦐🥑🍅

Ingredients:

🦐 Cooked shrimp
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🥑 Sliced avocado
🟢 Snap peas
🎃 Roasted pumpkin cubes

Instructions:

Arrange the shrimp, tomatoes, avocado, snap peas, and roasted pumpkin on a plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

2️⃣ Protein & Feta Bowl 🥚🥦🧀🎃

Ingredients:

🥚 Hard-boiled eggs, halved
🥦 Steamed broccoli
🧀 Cubed feta cheese
🎃 Roasted sweet potato cubes
🥬 Fresh kale or mixed greens

Instructions:
